DH series high temperature open cell silicone foam sheets are highly silicone impregnated special polyurethane rubber based foam material. Because of its extremely high silicone content, this material has a very long life varying from 6 to more than 25 times the life of latex foam, when used in conjunction with polyester felts. It is extremely porous, giving excellent vacuum properties and very even steam distribution. Moreover we are using only the best available raw materials for our DH series which guarantee a long lifetime and which are not hazardous for the environment and the health of your workers and the consumers.

DH series from China Deer Hunter is available in different densities(0.1-0.45g/cc). Because of the excellent graduation between super soft and firm, optimal finish results will be obtained. Rolls of 10 meters in widths of 1500mm. Some also possible in 1300mm and 1000mm. Various dimensions of sheets can be cut. Some articles available ex Chinese production as well.

Description: DH-15 is very elastic, super soft polyester foam, perfectly distributing air and steam. It is long periods of dampness resistant. Description:
R16 silicone foam is a special silicone mixture impregnated in a polyurethane foam material of medium density. Due to its silicone content, this material has about 3 times the life of latex foam. Because of its superfine pores, it has very good vacuum properties and allows for very good steam distribution. R16 features an especially smooth surface and is extremely elastic and absolutely suitable for sensitive ironing fabrics.
Application: R16 in 5mm/10mm is a special polyurethane soft material. It is specifically designed as an overpad to be used on vacuum ironing tables and pressing machines.
